Over the last 25 years, I’ve taught chemistry, science, and math to students in the New York City and East Orange public school systems. I graduated from St. Francis College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and earned my Master’s Master’s degree in Adolescent Chemistry Education from Hunter College.
I founded Lazio Tutoring, named after the Italian province my family is from, to offer personalized chemistry instruction.

Should I purchase the pay-as-you-go or package option?
Pay-as-you-go tutoring option is billed by the hour and is ideal for first-time clients. After the initial session, I encourage clients to choose a package option, which provides a set number of sessions at a discounted rate. Sessions can be scheduled at any frequency that fits the client’s needs—whether that’s weekly, biweekly, or with breaks of a week or more between lessons. There’s no need to complete all sessions back-to-back; you have full flexibility to plan around your schedule.
